We recently evaluated Sattva Vasanta Skye, a premium residential enclave coming up within the 185-acre integrated township on ITC Road, just 10 minutes from Kempegowda International Airport. This township, once branded as Ozone Urbana, has been revitalized under Sattva’s stewardship, with a vision to create a self-sufficient urban ecosystem. Over 2,000 families already reside here, benefiting from the existing infrastructure, while Sattva is now spearheading fresh residential and commercial development across 95 acres of which 80 acres are residential and 15 acres commercial. The commercial component includes a fully functional NPS School, a coming-up Hyatt 5-star hotel, A-Grade Hospital (for example - Apollo ,fortis etc) and a Sattva Tech Park.
